The Dime

A 23-story tower at the landmark Dime Savings Bank.

The Dime is a $220 million ground-up mixed-use project with a $100 million hard cost budget. The project is roughly 300,000 SF, 23 stories, with 130,000 SF of retail and office in addition to 175 residential rental apartments, of which 30% are designated affordable housing.

Anchored by the historic Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburgh, preserved and integrated into the podium, and designed by Fogarty Finger Architects, the project received a TCO 22 months from the start of vertical construction. GC project savings exceeded $8 million from the project GMP.
