Domi is a $120 million ground-up mixed-use project with a $65 million hard cost budget. The project is approximately 195,000 SF with 5,500 SF of ground floor retail and 190 rental residences, thirty percent designated affordable.

Designed by Fogarty Finger Architects around a hidden inner courtyard, DŌMI pairs a soft green glazed façade with two landscaped garden spaces, a resident library, shared dining, a fitness center, co-working lounge and a rooftop terrace looking back at the Manhattan skyline.
